To provide a better service, reduce errors and missed calls that can occur in phone conversations, and to allow reference material to be sent to you, we provide support response by email.

Terms of Service (ToS): Users are asked to read and be familiar with this and other documents available for reading at this site; in case of any questions, check the service guides online at the Support Center, the screen-by-screen icons, or request a Support Ticket. Regulatory compliance is limited by the ZSentry Compliance Statement. Service is limited by the ZSentry Premium Terms of Service (ToS).

Ready To Use: ZSentry is already integrated with Google Single-Sign-On and Mail, Google Apps, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Mail, Entourage, web browsers, fax, scanners, iPhone, Android devices, other devices and apps. Add-ons and plugins are not used. The sender never has to bother sending any passwords to recipients. For more information, please click the Sign In instructions»

Users: A User is an email address that you want to be able to use ZSentry under your account. A User can be a person or a role function such as admin or info; Users can also be devices (eg, a fax) or just a drop-off mailbox (eg, an archiver). Other than the ZSentry Account Manager at your organization, Users do not have to use a legally valid name although all names and email addresses must be acceptable under the ZSentry ToS.

Start and User Signup: After purchase, you will receive an email from zsentry.com with instructions and will follow them according to your case:

Individual or two Users: Follow steps 1-2-3 in the Sign In instructions»

Organizations (>2 Users): One or more ZSentry Account Managers (ZAM) in the organization will be appointed to work more closely with ZSentry, control account roll-out, add and remove users. For >10 users, users do not need to know their access codes. Account Roll-Out, Centralized Management, and other instructions for organizations are given in the Sign In instructions»

Account Capacity: The Account Capacity is the maximum number of seats (the number of Users) available with your account. Within the Account Capacity, you can add or remove Users at any time. When you purchase a multi-User account, we will ask you for your Users' names and email addresses after you complete the purchase.

Account Capacity Increase / Decrease: You can increase the Account Capacity at any time and receive a discount based on a larger Account Capacity. For accounts under Centralized Management, there is no charge for a temporary Account Capacity increase during user roll-over. Account Capacity reduction can be entered for the next billing cycle, to reduce price.

Site License: Your organization can use ZSentry: (1) with an unrestricted number of locations and devices, fixed or mobile; (2) to communicate with an unrestricted number of people; (3) with any number of Users, up to the current Account Capacity (number of seats you purchase). You can add or remove Users as needed. Corrections or changes to Name, Email Address, and Organization Name will demand new authentication with the creation of new access codes, and a charge of $9.99 will be applied to cover handling.

Secure Quick Reply License: Your Users can enable recipients (even if not a ZSentry user) to send back a complimentary, immediate, secure, first-contact, message or reply without signup or setup.

Limits: There is no limit of recipients for reading ZSentry messages sent using your License. The maximum message and attachment sizes may be limited by your account's service level. Maximum attachment size is currently 7 Mb (the limit may be larger in some cases, as attachments are compressed) for sending with ZSentry Client and 2 Mb for sending with ZSentry App. There is no charge for authorized sending and use. If there is an apparent excess of emails sent from your account, which could be caused by a virus on your side, our security monitor system may detect it and we may send an email to you for verification. Other limits may apply.

Freedom™ Plan: Freedom to cancel at any time.

Subscription with choice to pay every month, or every year with less cost. With more users, pay less per user. The price per user is locked-in during the subscription period. For the same or lower price, the subscription is renewed automatically at the end of the initial period and may be charged up to two days before, or at any time afterwards. If the subscription price increases, it will not be renewed and you will not be charged unless you approve. You may cancel the subscription at any time.

Lifetime Benefit™ Plan: Cancel at any time. Pay 50% or less per user than a regular annual subscription. You can benefit in any of two ways:
  • Lifetime Benefit Earn™
    Earn at zero added price. If you are a Freedom M or Freedom Y customer, you earn the Lifetime Benefit for the number of users who reached 4 years of service; Freedom M must change to annual subscription when mature. Customers not under a Freedom plan and customers who signed up before August 2013 may be grandfathered for partial or total year credit according to case; please contact us.
  • Lifetime Benefit PRO™
    Join immediately for best value when your organization prepays. Start an annual subscription at 50% or less cost per year than Freedom Y.
Non-Profit: We provide a discount for qualified non-profit and charitable organizations. Please ask for a quote »

Payment Warranty & Return Policy

PAYMENT WARRANTY: We sell products and services, all hereafter called "Goods". We will return any amount that may have been charged in excess. Provided that there is no fix or work-around, and you report this to us to verify and have a chance to provide a solution, we shall refund any Goods that (1) have fatal technical problems; or (2) for which you failed to be able to retrieve the access codes using our support service instructions.

PAID ORDERS: All sales are final. We provide FREE versions, so that you can make sure that the Goods are compatible with your computer systems and satisfy all of your requirements before purchasing the paid versions.

PRE-ORDERS: Goods may be available as pre-orders, including renewal orders and update orders. Such goods will be shipped and charged when they become available. You may cancel a pre-order prior to the time the item becomes available; otherwise, all such sales are final.

FREE: Goods may be available without cost, subject to our FREE USE POLICY. You may return Free Goods at any time by deleting your account.

In all cases, once the Goods are returned, you must stop using them.

This return policy does not apply to purchases from third-parties. Please contact them directly for their product return policies.

User Privacy Statement: We respect Your Privacy. We will not forward to a third-party any personal, address or credit information supplied to us by you, unless required by legal process. Any other information we may receive is treated as public and non-confidential. We may be placing and reading cookies on your browser.

Electronic Contracting: Your use of our products and services includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make transactions electronically. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY AND TO PAY FOR SUCH AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS. YOUR AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS APPLIES TO ALL RECORDS RELATING TO ALL TRANSACTIONS YOU ENTER INTO ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING NOTICES OF CANCELLATION, POLICIES, CONTRACTS, AND APPLICATIONS.

Payments And Taxes: To pay for your order you may use a credit card, your Google or PayPal account, or other means that we may explicitly accept, all hereafter called "Payment Means".

We may obtain pre-approval for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing occurs at the time of or shortly after your transaction. With any Payment Means, your order may be authorized and billed in increments during one purchasing session, so it may appear as multiple orders on your statement. If a Promo Code or other deduction is used for a transaction, the amount is deducted at the time of your transaction. When making purchases, any credits you may have are used first, followed by Promo Codes or other deductions; your Payment Means is then charged for any remaining balance.

You agree that you will pay for all Goods that you purchase through us, and that we may charge your Payment Means for any purchase and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchase.

You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees. All fees will be billed to the Payment Means that you designate. You may designate a different Payment Means at any time, or if there is a change in your Payment Means status. If you wish to allay concerns of a temporary disruption of your access to the Goods and/or information retained in your account while we verify your new payment information, please change your information online at least one week prior to any payment event.

Your total price will include the price of the order plus any applicable sales tax in effect at the time of our order. We will charge tax only in states where such use is taxable. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions.

Free Use Policy: Any Goods that are downloaded or used without payment requirement to us is considered a Free version. Free version items carry no warranty and no service-support rights. However, we may freely provide support to such items at our own choice at any time, without any obligation, continuation rights or liability being accepted by us for any such services.

Shipping/Delivery Policy: Goods, including pre-orders, are delivered upon confirmation of payment and are available online forthwith. Delivery may mean availability to access, download, or otherwise use the Goods.

This shipping policy does not apply to purchases from third-parties. Please contact them directly for their product shipping policies.

VALIDITY

This document, terms and linked documents are effective August 15, 2013. We may amend this document, terms and linked documents at any time by posting amendments on our Website. The amendments will become effective upon posting.
