You will learn how to configure your Mail Client so that it works efficiently with ZSentry, to send, read, reply, and store securely. There will be no installation or add-ons, or changes to your mail service, applications, devices, DNS, or ISP.
The ZSentry solution adds confidentiality in ways that you can choose, as detailed in Use Options. For example, use the ZSentry for Mail Client On-Site setup linked below so that protected information is not at risk outside a perimeter that you define, at rest or in transit, sending, receiving, or stored, which also eliminates breach fines and notification liability. This works also with MS Hosted Exchange on Office 365. The setup versatility offered by ZSentry further allows your organization to directly address your specific needs, such as implementing additional data security requirements in the cloud, or with third-parties.
Level of Experience
End-user level, following simple directions using the main menu. The task will be to add an SMTP account to the Mail Client, or configure an SMTP connector in Exchange server. Setup is straightforward and only depends on your device. If needed, our IT staff or partners can help setup your Mail client. We also offer training for your IT staff, so that your organization can provide the Mail Client setup support in-house.
If you have some experience with SMTP setup, or after you setup the first ZSentry account, it should take no more than a couple minutes to manually setup another account. For volume use, the setup can be automated by tools usually available from the Mail Client vendor, or from ZSentry.
