HelpSend/Read/Setup/Personalize/Reset These instructions will help you use ZSentry with any mix of email, webmail, SMS (texting), fax, voicemail, calendar, web forms, file storage, cloud service and more.ZSentry includes secure two-factor login, HIPAA and regulatory compliance with NO SCANNING OF YOUR MESSAGES, and anyway mobility to reach any user device.NO CHANGES ZSentry means less work with IT and users. Your ZSentry-secured solutions will feel exactly like what you use today on the desktop and phone, and your recipients' solutions will also benefit from your use of ZSentry and yet feel exactly like what they use today. Your will receive your secure email at your usual Inbox, with an email address that you already have and with nothing routed through ZSentry, using your Mail client or Web browser as before. ZSentry does not change any of your services, devices, software, providers, MX or other DNS records. There is no change to any user interface. Does not change how email or other Internet protocol works. Does not receive email and does not host email addresses for users. There is nothing to download or install, no plugins or add-ons, no digital certificate to add. There is no POP or IMAP server use, no stored cookies, no ActiveX controls, no Java, Javascript is not required, setup is optional. Did you just signup? Please follow steps 1-3 below to get full functionality. If you’re not using ZSentry in step 3 you’re missing the full picture! 1 ZSentry Usercode and Password During signup, you created your ZSentry Password. Now, look in your Inbox for your ZSentry Usercode (six characters). These are your access codes, write both down and do not keep near your computer. We do not know or store your access codes. For
security reasons, you do not want your memory to become a single point of failure. Disregard
opinions that say you should not write down your access codes. You alone should know both
your Usercode and Password. If you did not receive your Usercode, check your INBOX and other folders.
The email is sent from our zsentry.com email address. If you cannot find your
Usercode and Password, touch Account Reset in ZSentry App»
2 ZSentry AppTouch ZSentry App 3 ZSentry Client Final step. No need to login after setup. While logged in to ZSentry App (step 2), scroll to the bottom of the screen and in the Dashboard line, touch "Personalize" then "Save". This will authorize your account and send a [ZMAIL INFO] email to your Inbox, called PASS (not to confuse with the ZSentry Password). The PASS contains setup information for your device apps. There is no plugin or installation. This is an optional step for increased utility, security, and integrated use with Cloud clients (eg, Gmail, Google Apps, Office 365, Yahoo, Zoho), Mail clients (eg, Outlook, MS Hosted Exchange on Office 365, Apple Mail), tablets and phones (eg, iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Nokia). The PASS is sent without delay. If
it seems to be taking too long to arrive, check your INBOX or other folder for a message from zsentry.com. You can also request
