New Customer Support Area

Our new Support Center area offers an integrated knowledge base with categorized articles, allowing you to quickly find Frequently Asked Questions, How-To's, and Documents, with self service. You can also search the entire site.

The entire Support area has been designed to improve your productivity. With our quick-response Help Desk interface, using Web 2.0 technology available in most modern browsers, the information you want is rapidly shown to you in this view panel while other Help Desk functions remain clearly in sight and usable. Because there is no need to load and redraw the entire screen, your web experience is also that much faster.

To contact us, you can request a Ticket (Contact Us in the left menu). You can also send us a secure email zmail, to easily protect our communication, including attachments. Our Zmail Web Service email address is preloaded in your Address Book (this email address only forwards zmail messages to us). Your wiki participation and comments are welcome!
