You can manage, upgrade, terminate and renew your account by selecting Account/Management in the ZMAIL Menu, after you log in, or by directly accessing the registration forms.
Login and use your Account/Management area. Your email address, ZSENTRY Usercode and Password will not change.
Use the PREMIUM registration form for the same email address. You will receive a new ZSENTRY Usercode and Return Code. You can use the same Password and email address or choose new ones.
Contact the Account Manager for the PREMIUM Account that you want to join as a PREMIUM User and ask for a ZMAIL invitation. You do not need to have a ZMAIL account before the ZMAIL invitation is sent to you. To read and reply to the ZMAIL invitation, you can open a BASIC account or a PEMIUM J account; your PREMIUM J account can be used as a BASIC account before you join. NOTE: We do not provide information on accounts or Account Managers.
ZMAIL BASIC
Use the BASIC registration form for the same email address. Securely reset your login credentials, and your account, in case of compromise or as a security measure. Your current account will be terminated and you will receive a new ZSENTRY Usercode and Return Code. You can use the same Password and email address or choose new ones.
ZMAIL PREMIUM
Use the PREMIUM registration form for the same email address. Securely reset your login credentials and account, in case of compromise or as a security measure. Your current account will be terminated and you will receive a new ZSENTRY Usercode and Return Code. You can use the same Password and email address or choose new ones.
